Bodhi Counseling & Consulting Center, PC is hiring a part-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Billing Specialist. We’re a small, local, group practice that values our connections to our community.
This is a part-time position with the potential to add hours as Bodhi grows. You must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality!
Office Manager
-
Complete tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Schedule consultations for clinicians

Maintain our social media presence while promoting Bodhi's values

Send out monthly newsletters
-
Organize and promote continuing education seminars
-
Comply with all corporate, legal and contractual HIPAA requirements.

Get mail from our post office box.

Bank deposits
Bookkeeper

Payroll processing and accurate record-keeping.

Maintain orderly and up-to-date financial records
-
Pay bills
-
Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and financial tracking as needed.
Billing Specialist
-
File medical claims with insurance companies.

Follow up with denied claims as needed

Identify any errors in billing.

Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts

Answer client questions regarding billing issues
